This type of training is mainly applicable beacuse of it dynamism and positive affect on general physical health. The main advantage of this method of training before practicing on equipment is that at the same time nearly every muscle in the body works, especially muscles that are in most people the least driven in everyday life.
Instead of using gym equipment, we use different props, like: medicine balls, kettle bells, gymnastic rings, elastic bands, ropes and jump ropes.
Also, the training includes more classic exercises combined into one piece, as well as exercises for a specific set of muscles (usually the lower back muscles, abdominal muscles).
