This type of traning system is the one that can get you in the shape you always dreamed off in a couple of weeks.
The training is very intense, which requires less exercising than other fitness trainings, mainly beacuse of it’s intensity.
This is why it is suitable for people who do not have time to spend hours in the gym, because in a short term you can achieve great results.
The training is carried out by three main trainers: suspension trainer, kettlebell and your own body. In addition to training,
you should follow the diet plan in order to achieve the desired results.
By practicing in this way you work on your strength, fitness, speed, muscle definition and burn excess weight.
It takes about 45 minutes of training, from 3 to 4 times a week to get the desired effect. This training is intended for women and men, regardless of the age group.
